Heroin dealer who was once told he ‘helped ruin lives’ found dead after movie night

A heroin dealer who was once told he had “helped ruin lives” by peddling Class A drugs on the streets of Norwich was found dead on a friend’s sofa after the pair spent the evening watching films.
